Tuve un pequeño problema con el Agua caliente el cual solocionaron. Lo que veo inaceptable, que tenga que reclamar la factura (Empresa)todos los días, la cual que sino me la abonan antes de este viernes perderé YO el dinero, así llevamos desde el lunes día 18. NO LO ENTIENDO. Para próximos viajeros aconsejó que paguen con tarjeta, seguramente no tendrán el mismo problema con el que me estoy encontrando yo.

Aparatamento muy bonito y moderno

Apartamento muy bonito y moderno, con vistas espectaculares. Muy completo de menage de cocina. Perfectamente comunicado con el centro de la ciudad con paradas de autobús y metro justo al lado. Nosotros íbamos en coche y por la zona había mucho estacionamiento libre así que no tuvimos problemas de aparcamiento. El único pero son las camas, colchones muy blandos e incómodos.

Sėjour 3 nuits. Très bien situė à proximitė des métro et restos et bien agencėe sont les 2 seuls points positifs. Chambre cotė avenue (= très bruyante de jour et de nuit) store cassė dans la partie séjour-cuisine (= aucun éclairage naturel) système douchette du haut cassé, ustensiles de cuisine sales. Avons demandé dès le lendemain un changement de chambre qui nous a été refusé bien que beaucoup de voyageurs soient partis. Un technicien devait passer pour les réparations mais il n'est jamais venu ! Pour le service blanchisserie une machine à laver est dispo après 17h mais le sėchoir est en panne. Personnel réception uniquement bilingue anglais et pas très professionnel. Nous ne recommandons en aucun cas cet établissement.

La habitación no está muy limpia y está muy dejada , la cama es muy mala , en la ducha poca presión de agua , y para colmo se negaron a facilitarme la correspondiente factura , porque había reservado con ustedes Así que horroriza

Good value for money !!

Very good service. At the reception we found Zenka (I hope it’s her correct name) very kind and friendly receptionist. She explained us where places to visit and how to get there. Even she allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The room spotless and confortable. Good value money I will stay again if I visit Valencia one more time.

Happy time in Valencia

Very adequate for the week spent here. Good location with plenty of nearby places for food and refreshments as well as near Metro station for transport around Valencia. Apartment well equipped fridge/freezer, oven and cutlery etc. Also very quiet room when needed and no disturbances 😁 other facilities available as well if asked for at reception.

Falta de higiene y servicios que eran incluido

El wi fi no funcionaba, en la habitación no había microondas y el horno no funzionaba, la olla estaba sucia, las toallas manchadas, el estado general de limpieza era escaso/deficiente.

Inrichting erg pover

Appartement is royaal maar de inrichting is erg pover. Sofa was kapot en na melding bij receptie vervangen door een andere versleten sofa. Keukeninrichting ontbrak nagenoeg helemaal. Na melding bij receptie weer gedeeltelijk aangevuld. Bedden prima sanitair was goed. Ligging t.o.v centrum is goed.

Nice Apartments

Accommodation was fine although a few minor issues with decor. Handy for the Metro station and within reach of restaurants and a Consum supermarket Parking was available at 10 euros a day which was really handy. Would stay again.

Apartamento correcto para un par de noches

Apartamento correcto con mobiliario bastante antiguo. La cama es un desastre, notas muchísimo los muelles del colchón y el somier hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves.
