"Herzlicher Empfang. Frühstück hervorragend, leider oft zu wenig Tassen für Tee oder Cappuccino. Toller Ausblick Richtung Pelmo und Villanova. Sehr nettes Team beim Frühstück und im Restaurant. Halbpension lohnt sich, Essen sehr lecker und zwischen mehreren Gerichten wählbar. Das Zimmer war für uns - 3 Erwachsene - groß genug. Die Dusche ebenerdig. Und bei geschlossenem Fenster war das Zimmer ruhig. Leider waren wir grad bei der Hitzewelle da und da war es bei geöffnetem Fenster luftig aber...

"My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei."

"Our room was beautifully decorated in warm yellow tones and had a very charming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly prepared hot egg dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Since we had informed the hotel that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which made us very happy. There is a nice walking/biking trail immediately behind the hotel and staff was helpful with early check in and luggage storage during my hike."

Our family room was genuinely spacious, with a small flight of stairs leading up to a loft annex — a lovely touch that gave the children their own space while keeping us all together. "Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10"

"Property is quite old with rooms very stuffy and poorly ventilated. You either have a choice of keeping your (unscreened) windows very wide or having a very hot room - had to choose between boiling or listening to accordion music from the neighbors past 1am. Showers are fine, breakfast is pretty good. Not worth the price."
