"Unfortunately there is only one ironing kit for more than 700 rooms in the hotel. So not possible to have your shirt ironed. Not possible to use the hotel for business trips. Also the luggage storage room is self managed via an iPad in the basement - I gave up using that system."

"Beautiful modern property with many amenities. Id stay again in a heartbeat. Wonderful breakfast made to order and buffet. Sort of walking distance for some shops, but cabs abound."

"The location is fabulous, within easy walking distance of train. The room is no frills but as the wall said, it's everything you need. The beds were comfortable, 2 pillows per adult. The bathroom is very small but doable. My husband and adult son didn't mind the wet shower, I elected to use the gym ..."
