Villas in Vallès Oriental

"Underwhelming check in at the reception. Staffs are not friendly. Upon going in the room, I call the desk for a potential upgrade as someone message me if I wanted to upgrade for extra cost to have a view of the Sagrada which I accepted and happy to pay for. The receptionist laughed at me, did try to explain that it was an automatic message although it was signed by the staff name Veronica. I asked again if there’s a room I can upgrade to the staff replied “I don’t think so” with laughter in her tone. Not great service. This is one of the few review or possibly the first time I ever write a negative feedback and I travel and stay in hotels quite a lot. Only staff were great are in the breakfast shift. "

"A one night stay, we had dinner and a very tight schedule. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was courteous and didn't accept a tip. We would stay there again. 🙂 "

"Great location close to public transport & an authentic Spanish community. Non touristy shops & restaurants close by with easy transport links to the main tourist attractions. Hop on hop off stop just at the rear & Camp Nous only a 15 minute walk. Would recommend"

"From the moment I get out of the car service I was greeted by staff. Checking the staff was welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything in the room was nice. I love my stay there. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone."
