I was given the penthouse suite which is two stories and many rooms. It's practically a house. Nice modern kitchen. Three terraces. Elevator opens directly into the suite. Good location in Valletta. Good security. Alexandra is friendly and helpful.

Location in Valletta is perfect, proximity to everything you want to see. In addition to spacious accommodation (Beatrix suite), there are numerous amenity spaces (Sala Nobile, courtyard, terrace dining, roof deck, courtyard, wellness/spa) that are amazing for such a small hotel. Our generous suite was perfect for traveling with teenagers who didn’t necessarily want to share space. We travelled across 6 time zones and therefore everyone’s sleep schedules were off but our accommodations were large enough to allow those awake not to disturb the sleepers. Can’t say enough good things about Palazzo Prince d’Orange!

The owner and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to Bus Terminal, convenient to go anywhere. The room was large and clean and enjoyed simple cooking in the kitchen of the room. Enjoyed nice view and fireworks on the rooftop terrace while dinner.

Perfect situation for exploring Valetta. Short 10 minute walk to main bus station which gives you acccess to whole Island. A beautifully restored townhouse with reasonable harbour views from our second floor balcony. You also have access to the roof terrace which has panoramic views of this wonderful harbour. All of Valettas tourist attractions are within walking distance from property. Alexandra and her team ensure your stay is trouble free and you go home with only pleasant memories.

Felt like Royalty - Amazing Roof Deck

My husband and I stay here in January, the complete off-season for Malta. Although you will not be able to soak up the sun, it was perfect for seeing all the sights. I believe during that time we were one of the only people staying in this small boutique hotel, we felt like it was our luxurious summer home. The rooftop deck has an amazing view of the main port, with 360 degree views of the town. The library and the decorations decorations made me feel like I was royalty.

You will get what you have paid. This hotel has a great location near the city center of Valetta. Meaning, it is easy to find it and it is near to some restaurants, the bus terminal and some tourist objects. Talking about the hotel itself. They have a great building. We stayed in their Irene Suite. It is on the ground floor. It has a huge room with three floors. A kitchen is available for each room. They provide cooking tools and some basic cooking spices. The staffs are friendly and ready to help you. Nevertheless they are in the building from 9 am till 5 pm only. In the apartment we find a lot of interesting spots, such as a roof top which we can see the sea from above, a library and some great paintings. A fitness center and small sauna room are also available to be used in the apartment. We recommend to stay at this hotel if you visit Valetta.

Wonderful apartment and amazing roof terrace

Fantastic apartments, so spacious (we stayed in the Alexander suite in second floor) in a perfect location in Valletta. The staff were incredibly friendly and the roof terrace if amazing with views across the Grand Harbour and beyond. Loved it and will definitely be back!

Three level apartment

The cheapest apartment is split over 3 levels with almost no natural lights to the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen. The lowest floor is below street level and a dehumidifier runs 24hrs but the cupboard still smell of mound. The toilet and bathroom were unreasonablely small with about 1 square meter of standing space. The layout was difficult to use and I would avoid it if possible. Reception hardly ever on site and all but one housekeeper were not particularly friendly or helpful. The TV had very few channels and the reception was frequently so poor we couldn’t watch it. Security bad as spare room keys accessible to anyone in a cupboard in the hall.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Valletta at Palazzo Prince d'Orange. We were in the spacious ground floor apartment, which also had a private courtyard. A stone's throw from all the sights and restaurants. Alex, the guest manager, was welcoming and helpful. Happy to recommend.

Basement room without heating in January

This apartment is on 3 floors, two of them underground. The heating was not working. I got a bad cold. Very skimpy blankets. The top floor was nice but was more like a living room with tv but no heating. The washroom was in the basement and the bed on the second floor. I had booked a room here many months before. The pics on the site do not correspond to this apartment. After writing and calling to expedia I was refunded totally and was lucky enough to find for the same price a great hotel with buffet breakfast and view on the sea.

nice hotel with excellent views

The views from the penthouse suite are excellent. The pictures do not do it justice. there are two separate bedrooms (both with balconies that overlook the harbor, to baths, a separate living area with fold out bed and an upstairs kitchen with table and setting area with another full size sofa. There is a great view of the harbor from both bedrooms and the upstairs. The upstairs has a very large terrace with outside dining area and lounge chairs. Any thing that this place lacks is definitely made up by the view. 1 block from the main Valletta shopping and dining area.

A perfect apartment close to the Harbour and Valletta center. Good restaurants close by. The apartment was large, clean and well equipped and the view from the roof balcony was amazing. I would like to return here again some day.

Gorgeous Apartment

Myself and a friend stayed in the Beatrix Suite on the 1st floor. It's a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. There is a large well stocked kitchen, dinning area, 2 living spaces, a full bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed (including a safe) It's perfectly situated in Valletta to explore the local area and there are plenty of bars/restaurants within short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
