"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy, modern, quiet and comfortable for the night. I will stay next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah, they had a pretty great free breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juices. And they even refilled stuff when it ran out. "I don’t like to give poor reviews, but sorry to say this place was not at all what I expected. Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there."

"The location was very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping . Lovely view of a little pond ; we enjoyed watching the wild life . Staff was friendly and helpful . Parking lot was well lit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we are in town ."

"It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left."

"The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation."

"When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

"Noise from other guests was bothersome coming and going after midnight. Doors slamming at times. AC was nice and cool. Stove, fridge, bathroom nice and clean. Bed was fair+ comfort for sleeping. TV had good programming choices."

"NOTE: we didn't have time to try the breakfast in the morning, so I can't speak on that. For the level of other amenities and size of room, this hotel seemed a bit pricey. We paid a fairly large amount for a room for five, but my three sons ended up having to sleep on a king bed together while my wife and I had the sofa bed. The room for five was about the smallest possible too. Usually rooms for five have ample space. Hotel had no rollaway beds to make it more comfortable. Hotel worked for a...
