"Either housekeeping doesn't clean"

"Rooms need a little updating and better cleaning. Pretty sure I saw old blood on the bed sheets. Don’t like how the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. Room service never came. I seen them in the hallway and asked if we could get our room cleaned and new towels. But got nothing. Room key didn’t work a couple times, had to go to the front office but they gave new room keys quick. Could hear the people next door loud and clear. So that was a little annoying "

"The staff were so helpful and friendly. We traveled with two children (one was a toddler) and they were so wonderful to them. It made their trip. The rooms were clean and breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful trip. Proximity to Gillette Stadium was great for a quick trip to the Patriots Hall of Fame."

"The room was great I had two queen beds. The bathroom was very big and had higher quality shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion. From the moment I walked in the door the staff treated me like I was important. They were very nice from first interaction until the last. The breakfast buffet is great with everything from fresh fruit to oatmeal with all the toppings to orange juice and other beverages, eggs, home fries, breakfast meat. There was also a great choice of muffins and bagels and bread...

"This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...
