"Wonderful hotel. As soon as you walk in the hotel the lobby is beautiful and everything about the hotel from there is so lovely. So many things to do throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone"

"The hot water wasn't working and when we called reception they repeatedly didn't answer. Reception was very slow. There was no microwave in the room although mentioned in the information page. Clean room, clean property and nice gardens. Some noises at night."

"The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was sufficient and had a wet entry available when it was raining. We will definitely come back and stay at Alpha Hotel - Eastern Creek when another opportunity comes up."
