"Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "

"The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"This place is fully under construction. Did not state that in description. Parts that aren’t are very run down. No hand soap in room, garbage can full of mystery liquid, no bag. Only redeeming quality was the shower, excellent water pressure. Bed was comfy. Traveling on I-80 I would pick a different hotel next time."

"Checked into our room that was booked as a double and a sofa bed and it was just a double bed so that wasn’t going to work for our sleeping situation and was told hotel was completely booked so that was a huge problem! The place was filthy!!! Dust everywhere, pills on the floor, a mask etc!!! Just absolutely disgusting! Couldn’t even set our bags down and booked another hotel immediately"

"There were ants in the room and the bed frame seem to be broken. After asking the man at the front desk to have someone to come sprey the ants and with make up my bed, when I arrived back to my room, only what was done is that the garbage was taken out, that's all. "

"The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay."

"Parking is enough, if u have a truck they got some for ur truck, too. But i preferred keeping my truck at the truck stop, cuz of the other people who were staying there, just thought it was safer that way. But they do offer truck parking for free. And if u staying more than one day, you gotta ask fresh towels yourself, cuz they wouldn't offer. And its gotta be after 9 am, cuz manager locks the towel cabinet and front desk cannot access to it. I just had to wait from 730 am til 9 to take a...

"The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. "
