"The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement ..."

"Clean rooms. Our room has beautiful views. Breakfast was a bit ho-hum, but not unexpected given the restaurant was getting a makeover and was closed for a while. New owner seems very keen"
