"Rooms looked to be recently renovated, but I say that in the cheapest possible way. Construction crew started banging around at 6am day one and 5:15 on day two. Staff was excellent considering everything going on with the “remodel”."

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Comfy room , very clean , loved the pool and hot tub . I used the workout room and had everything I needed . Everyone there very friendly and helpful."

"AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. "Our stay at The Suites at Prairie Falls was amazing! The entire facility was clean, the staff was friendly and went above our expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. "Cole greeted us as soon as we walked in. He made check-in easy and pleasant. He makes each guest feel important as he gives us his full attention and shares his desire that we have a wonderful stay. Which we did. The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, but everything was full and the hot foods were hot. All the staff we interacted with were friendly. We will stay here again the next time we pass through Spokane."

"No full buffet breakfast as advertised. False advertising and deceptive marketing practices. Noisy rooms woke up at 3:30 a.m. from poor insulation and freeway noise. Front desk staff was a disaster. Property is not up to Best Western Plus standards."
