"An excellent place to stay. We had a garden suite with terrace which was spacious and well furnished. The grounds were beautiful also, nice pool area. We would definitely stay here again.
Our only disappointment was the food. The dinner was somewhat slow and when the food eventually arrived it was quite dry (monkfish and the chicken). At the high cost, I would have expected better. The waiter was quite surly also.
In contrast, the breakfast food and service (by a different group) was wonderful."
"Bed was poor. Partial seaview room you needed to hang out over the balcony to see it Bathroom drains smelt badly a few nights. Bathroom accessories non existent. Safe charge high at €6 per day this was not explained at booking. Location excellent and hotel quiet. Overall a nice hotel. Just a pity about the above issues."
"We had an excellent holiday here in salou I am not at all mad about this hotel . It's very clean and the staff are wonderful so helpful. We had a broken door which was fixed but a day later wouldn't lock again .,there's black marks over the wall and the bathroom is very dated and tired looking for a 4* hotel
Our room was tiny and only a dould with a seccond single bed put in. If your doing full board be prepared to que for dinner there clearly is not enough tables for all the rooms ."
"No me ha gustado el Hotel, esta todo muy lejos, tampoco me gusta la piscina con arena, esta chula para quien le gusta la arena pero debería haber una zona para los que no. Con tanto espacio podrían tener una sin arena.
El bufet mediocre cenar con agua, que mínimo un refresco con lo que pagas y los platos no son un espectáculo he estado en otros fuera de portaventura mucho mejor en calidad y variedad de comida. Y el servicio del bufete tampoco desbordada simpatía. Las habitaciones son...
