"Everything was very good, the staff excellent, very informative, from the moment we.arrived to leaving, it's such a lovely hotel to stay in and close to everyone. I don't usually give excellent but this hotel certainly is worth it."

"The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up. "Terrible property. The ac who was only in one small area Leaked all over my shoes. The power went out in the middle of the night, so I had no charge on my phone. The owner was rude, when I asked him about oiwwr he said I can go charge in the gagrage. About the stay, told me he would do something, when I asked him later, he said he did not say that and it’s my fault. Stay away from this terrible place."

"We stayed in Verona apartments 6/5-13/5 and were very happy and comfortable. Very well equipped rooms and fantastic location close to arena. The staff at main hotel were superb and nothing too much trouble. The biggest thing for us was the fantastic breakfast offering for €12 the range of breakfast foods was amazing you won’t find that anywhere in else in Verona. Die Bar im 5. Stock hat einen tollen Ausblick und gute Cocktails. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Buffet was amazing, rooms were surprisingly very nice. Most importantly the AC worked incredibly! Highly recommend, only a 15 minute walk to the city center and 10 minute walk to the train station it had it all!"

"The staff was great. Not much English but I’m in Italy. No issues communicating. The place is very convenient and easy to walk for dining and entertainment. The TV screen was smaller than the one I had in college but your not in Italy to watch TV. Slept great. Small shower but great water pressure and hot water. I’d happily stay here again."
