But to honor the name, furniture in the rooms needs to be updated and better maintained, and staff at the restaurants should be better trained and have more experience (though Ariana was very nice and attentive). "My goodness where do I begin? First off I am a flight attendant, so I feel like I know a thing or two about hotel rooms and let me tell you…I won’t soon forget about this one! I wanted to stay in my room so much longer!!! It was like my little oasis of tranquility from the hectic trip I organized to Italy. A1 all the way. People were very nice and courteous. Bed was comfortable. I did not avail of the breakfast although it was offered but did see the generous spread and it looked divine! I will definitely stay here again! It is my new go to when visiting family on Lake Garda!"
