"Bluebay Is our favorite Hotel in Puerto Plata. We been coming back many times. What makes this hotel enjoyable, are the people that make you feel at home.
Everyone is ready to help, and gives their attention. Also the entertainment team is super nice, and fills the day with plenty of activities.
And Jorge, makes every show a highlight of the night.
The boys, at the reception desk, are always there to help with any kind of concern.
Thanks to Junior, Jonathan, Manolo and Saul to always be there- the check in is always smooth and enjoyable and fun- they take good care of Us and our luggage.
Liliana the reception manager, is super nice, and will always help you with any kind of concerns.
Last but not least- The food is enjoyable, you will always find something you like.. The kitchen personal are super attentive. Antonio remembers our drinks from one vacation to the other. And our drinks are on the table before we arrive with our Food. Big Thank You to him.!! Also Alvin, is always welcoming Us with a big smile and open arms. Always on top of his game to do the best service im the kitchen. Thank You so much! One thing also to mention is the beautiful Landscape and trees all around the paths. The guys taking care of the gardens and trees do an amazing job. Over all we just enjoy coming back every time, and cant wait to go again."
