2/10 Terrible

"Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were really disappointing. The pool was filthy and the “fitness center” was basically just 2 old machines that barely worked. The room also was not clean at all. There were hairs in the bathtub, dirt by the entrance to the room, marks all over the sheets, and dust everywhere. The whole hotel smelled strongly like paint the entire time we stayed there which was awful. The staff/owner was extremely rude too. We had a small issue (we forgot to return a trolley) that could have been handled easily, but instead she called our room repeatedly and then started knocking repeatedly, all while we were sleeping, even though we had the do not disturb sign up. When I opened the door she was immediately hostile and argumentative. I told her we didnt want to be disturbed and she continued arguing and even started swearing at me. On top of all that, breakfast was bad. Mostly packaged food, very little fresh stuff, and some of it tasted off. Overall this place is way overpriced for the poor service, dirty conditions, and bad experiance. People should avoid staying here."

"Nice place to stay, a bit dated but a good alternative to your standard chain hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room itself was probably a step down from a modern chain hotel, a more dated and rustic feel. Did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the breakfast though it looked nice enough. If you want the rustic vibe with very helpful staff its a good spot, if you just need a nice place to stay for a night id opt for a basic hotel."

4/10 Poor

"The staff was excellent but this property needs a major upgrade. The sheets were dirty in 2 of the 3 rooms we had. No shower curtain in one of the rooms. The refrigerator in one of our rooms had mold. Curtains are falling apart. Entire property needs to be painted. There was missing ceiling tiles an a hole in the drywall on the 2nd floor hallway. The pool was not clean. The outlets on the lamps did not work. Everything is covered in heavy caulk. It's very over priced for the quality. I've had better rooms at motel 6 and red roof inn."
