"The hotel is isolated from the happenings on the island. I was told that the hotel was fully booked but there were no other cars onsite besides my rental. There was no one available for common questions and the gate was closed by 5pm. This was a manual gate which is fine but the lightening was bad on the exterior of the property making it difficult to see when returning after dark. "My experience at this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
The property did not appear to match what was advertised or shown in the photos. The room and overall conditions were not what I expected. There were bugs present, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly.
