Even after the cleaning was completed, a strong mold smell persisted. When I complained to the management company facetiously named Wonderful Italy, they refused to offer any solutions, leaving me with no choice but to stay for the two nights I booked or lose the money they had already charged me. All my clothes still smell like mold two days later....
