"Check in was very quick and easy. Check out took quite a while but there was only one staff member and a couple asking lots of questions and directions and suggestions. Unfortunately the dining staff at breakfast told my children that the buffet was by weight and they limited themselves and then were just handed a bill. "The room and property are excellent. The location is the best in whistler village. Cleaning and maintenance staff are wonderful and do a great job. Front desk aren’t super helpful or quick. The gym is very very small. I would stay again, and recommend to friends."

"Overall our stay was pretty good. The pool area was better than I was expecting. The hot tub, sauna and pool were clean, lots of lounge chairs. There were sofas under a canopy with a fire table which was great in the evenings when it was a bit more chilly.
