"Amazing balcony view. "

"The beds were comfy and the front staff was super friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the pool is not accessible for wheelchair, which my son uses. It’s a staircase down to it and no alternative route. He was very disappointed. Front desk tried to help problem solve. They did upgrade us to a suite to accommodate more space for his wheelchair in the room which was appreciated. "

"A comfortable and affordable stay. And everyone from front desk to cleaning services were friendly and helpful. I like the fact that all the rooms open into an open air central garden/courtyard. And the location is super convenient for walking or cycling to anything downtown, or to get to the skytrain."

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "
