"We were in the basement room. It was very musty and the bathroom smelled like mould, staying there for 3 nights made our clothes smell. Lots of spiders and a few long looking centipede type bugs that were crawling across the floor. The upstairs was nice and clean but we felt like we were intruding. there was only 1 shower in the whole house that was usable. Great location for walking and close to UBC. Appreciated the laundry facilities too."

"All in all this was a good stay for a few days in Vancouver. Marie, who met us late in the evening, was very friendly and informative. The property is a bit tricky to get ride shares drivers to locate, drop off is at the back of an alley. So locate properly in-app. There are a multiple rooms in this residential property. We were on the lower level and the upstairs guests were definitely audibly present. Seriously how do people walk around so much through the night. Lol. We were very tired so...
