"Great stay. Clean renovated room. Bed was ok but pillows and bedding were amazing. Staff were friendly. The alarm clock was set to 7am and was a rude awakening but otherwise great stay!"

"Hotel is in a great location. It is getting quite dated. Room was a good size, but definitely showing its age, had some bulbs out/missing Not a lot for dining options, not even coffee in the lobby in the morning. Overall I do not recommend this hotel for it price, definitely not worth it."

"Had an overnight stay at the Fairmont Vancouver, what a fabulous stay. The staff were professional, friendly and attended to any little request. The hotel is in a great location for walking round the city and then to board the cruise ship. On our return the hotel stored our luggage for the day. Have stayed in a few Fairmonts and the service and standard has been consistent across the hotels."

"The room is very outdated. The same goes for the exterior window. Pretty sure it was a single pane glass. Being that its a rougher neighbourhood, it’s very loud, especially when the exterior windows are so outdated. There is also a lot of moisture in the room we were in. The washroom door doesn’t open all the way if the toilet lid is closed. And the front entrance door to the building needs some fine tuning. Overall the building has a lot of neglected maintenance to catch up on."
