Dear Alberto,We are sorry for the situation when you booked the room with us. Originally, the reservation was booked with different room type. You picked the one with no view and 2 queen beds. That is not accessible room and there was no comment from you that you need to have accessible room at all. In this case, if you booked with the accessible room, of course, we would have it for you. At checking in, we just know at that point you need accessible room. Our agent has informed you about the room and been flexible for you to cancel the reservation without penalty. Moreover, room was booked with third party, so you have to cancel through the third party too. We can't cancel it from our side. Even we cancel it, you still get charge from third party. And our agent was pretty clear with you about that. We are sorry that you didn't have good experience; however, to minimize the problem like this, in future, you always can give us a call to check if the room you book meet what you need.
