The suite was nice, and the bed and bunkbeds were comfortable, however the fan in the bedroom did not work. The lack of privacy due to the yard being used as staging for an event next door was a bit jarring, and would have been good to know before hand, in addition the event was quite loud into the early morning. Otherwise very convenient to transit and last -minute essentials!

We are family of 7 and the place just right for us. It’s quiet and safe around the area. Closer to the grocery store and gas station which we liked the most. The owner will send you the code to unlock the door if you are arriving past the check in hours. We had a good stay.

In general it needed some repairs and more dishes. All and all I would rent here again. It was very convenient, felt safe walking dog, it felt secure. It is a single house who converted basement to be to separate units. I believe they rent rooms above as well. Again I would come back, it checked all the boxes for what we all needed.

The rental is big with space for a large family. There were 2 queen/king beds, 2 singles, a couch. There was a kitchen & dining area, a good sized bathroom. Nice place. But, I really didn't appreciate the hidden fees. The cost was no where near the advertised price. Extra fees were listed but after I paid I saw that even more fees were added that weren't listed up front. Paid over $200 when it was listed not much over $100.

Good.

Overall they stay was good. The walls between the two units are thin and we could easily hear the other guests with their kids and I’m sure visversa. (Not a huge deal). The kitchen requires more cook ware such as frying pans and pots. Not a lot there to cook for a family of four plus a grandparent. Lots of hot water and the pressure was great. The bathroom has some moisture build up on the walls(not a big deal). Did however find a silver fish one morning but didn’t see anymore so don’t know if it was a one off or not. Access to the suite was easy. The community seemed nice a safe. Was pretty quite considering a fireball down the street.

Very clean property to stay with family. Though in the basement the heating takes a while but then place became really warm on a cold day . Also initially there were issues with the TV but we got assistance in person.

It’s a pretty run down place. Not for families. The bunk bed felt as if it will fall apart. While it can accomodate 6 people but has only 1 bathroom, so it was very tight.
