I feel it was run down , rooms need to be updated. My room was not safe the floor was lifting up and i just about tripped few times.i feel my check-in was great and the person working was polite. I would not come back again.

I dealt with a gentleman named Jeremy. If you want to see a lesson in A level customer service, see him. He’s one of the nicest people you’ll meet and his attention to detail to help make your stay better is excellent. He’ll do his very best to help you out.

The room was dirty and the staff refused to have someone clean it to keep my booking. Needless to say I contacted Expedia and the hotel manager and was able to get refunded which I did appreciate

Booked this hotel 3 weeks before my stay as it claimed to be pet friendly. Upon calling insure the availability of pet friendly rooms, i was told that they were not in fact pet friendly, but only dog friendly. I was planning to stay here as i was moving and needed a place to stay with my 2 cats. Was informed that this detail about dogs only is in the "fine print". Felt like i was scammed out of a non refundable booking. Would like my money back as I feel it shiuld be clearly specified that they are only dog friendly. Would not recommend.
