I’ll stay here again!

This was an absolute surprise. For $13USD (what we had been paying for some mediocre hostel rooms with AC that hardly worked) we were treated with a rainfall shower. Excellent AC. A clean, private bathroom and a patio looking down at street vendors etc. Quiet hotel! Walking distance to everything but just far enough away from the party bars to sleep well.

방도깨끗하고 시설도 역시 깨끗 직원분들 엄청 친절해요 조식굿 든든하게 먹었습니다 조식 맛있네요

Serves its purpose

Stayed two nights. The room was very basic but served our needs. The lock on our door had been damaged to the point where it could be easily opened with a chopstick, which didn't leave me with a sense of comfort, but no harm came of it. Staff was always friendly, and greeted us on arrival with some kind of fruit smoothie. A little mold on a few places in the bathroom, but you can't expect too much better for this price point.

It's definitely not a boutique hotel. Dirty rooms, dirty bedding, dirty towels, my toilet back home.is.cleaner then the room I stayed in. Expedia should be ashamed for advertising this hotel on there website, I know I would be. Staff not friendly in helping out although the night staff tried but he couldn't. The bathroom floods when having a shower as the water does not drain well. It becomes.a.paddling pool. Ants in bathroom and bedroom which do end up on the bed eventually. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same price. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

방비엥 초입부근 위치한 호텔이라기보단 모텔에 가까운 숙소

1. 직원의 친절함은 매우 만족스럽습니다. 영어도 굉장히 능숙하고, 소통에는 큰 문제가 없었습니다. 2. 빨래(세탁) 가격이 굉장히 저렴하다. kg당 금액을 받는다. 3. 각 객실마다 금고가 있으며, 와이파이도 굉장히 잘 된다. 4. 어느 숙박시설마다 그럴 수 있지만, 검은 옷을 입고 침구류를 사용하면 그 옷은 어느새 먼지투성이가 되있을 것이다. 실버나가는 이 정도는 아니였다. 5. 가격이 굉장히 저렴했던 숙소이기때문에 큰 불만은 없었다. 하지만 문이 나무문이고, 문고리가 대문 문고리 같이 튼튼한 게 아닌 한국의 안방에 달려있는 문고리이다. 그게 내 방문에, 테라스 문에 달려있는데 약간 불안하다. 6. 위험에서 지켜주거나 도난이 쉽지 않을만한 느낌은 전혀 아니였다. 여자 혼자 이용할만하지는 않은 거 같다. 나는 남자지만 혼자라서 처음에는 몹시 신경쓰였다. 이용할 경우에는 금고를 열심히 이용할 것을 당부한다. 7. 조식은 단 한 번도 먹지 못했지만 맛있다고 한다. 8. 호텔수준의 서비스나, 위생 등을 바란다면 조용히 다른 숙소를 알아보기를 권장한다.

Nice place, conveniently located. The staff is very nice and helpful. Only 2 cons : internet in room does not work and they forgot to clean our room. I am sure they would have cleaned it if we asked however. Nonetheless, I would certainly recommend.

Terrible place, with the exception of the convenience of it's location. Beds are horrible, and our sheets had pubic hair on it. When asked for new sheets, was given a sheet that had clearly been ripped off a random bed, as it smelled like sweat and another person. When we asked for actual sheets that didn't smell like it had obviously been used, it was an ordeal. I know this is not a ritzy place and had minimal expectations, but at the very least, I expected clean sheets. Furthermore, my money went missing the last morning we were there prior to checking out. There are no safes in the room, and normally I always carry my valuables with me, but I figured I was just heading down a set of 5 stairs to have breakfast and thought it would be ok. Clearly I was wrong. My travel wallet was in disarray and bills missing. Beware.

洗濯を頼んだらシャツが返ってこなかった。

ラオスの他のホテルでも経験がありますが洗濯物が返ってきませんでした。フロントの方の態度はとても良かったです。両隣と斜向いの店舗のスピーカーから爆音で音楽が流れているので、音楽の歌詞が室内まで聞こえてきます。朝6時に隣の家のニワトリが全力で鳴き続けるので毎日それで起こされた。

シャワーの出ない建て付けの悪いホテル

バンビエンの市街地からは徒歩圏内でアクセス良く周りにレストランもたくさんあります。外観は綺麗でしたがまず部屋のドアの建て付けが悪く下に隙間が空いており、廊下の音が丸聞こえです。そしておそらく靴のままで室内を歩く外国人観光客がベッドに横たわりながら壁に靴のまま足を上げた泥の汚れが白色の壁一面に広がっていました。夜の19時頃シャワーを浴びようと蛇口をひねりましたが全く出ず、仕方なしに冷たい水で浴びることにしましたがそれも数分でチョロチョロしか水が出ずフロントの方に聞くとタンク式なのでよくあることで次は23時にしか水は出ないと言われました。1日目の夕方に土砂降りになりホテルに帰ると、廊下から1番端の部屋だったので建て付けの悪い隙間の空いたドアから雨が入って来ており、また部屋の窓も鍵をかけて締めていたのにも関わらず故障しており風の力で勝手に開いてしまいベッド周辺が水浸しになっていました。フロントの方にお願いして部屋を変えてもらい広くなったのは良かったですがその次の部屋のトイレの便座がなく、こういう不具合があっても平気で宿泊させるそのホスピタリティーに何度もガッカリさせられました。唯一良かったのは朝食がついており、出来立てのバナナパンケーキとオムレツが食べられたことです。評価が高かったのでこの部屋を選びましたが全く評価できませんでした。

Amazing bathroom

We booked this hotel after a horrible experience at a hostel nearby. The room was nice, clean and staff was friendly. The bathroom was the best part, and looks exactly like the pics, rainfall shower head and all. Location was great on the more quite part of the Main Street a little further from the action/bars.

Buen lugar

El hotel tiene habitaciones muy cómodas. AC/refrigerador/tv. El desayuno es el mejor que tuve en Laos. Los chicos del staff muy colaboradores y atentos.

Everything was great except the mattress

Great room/view/staff/bathroom. Mattress was the worst (concave bowl of springs). We needed many extra blankets to even out the shape. Otherwise Great!

처음 가자마자 버스 예약 물어보는데 귀찮아서 6만킵에 비엔티안가는 걸로 예약 했는데 왓따이 공항에서 내려다주고 나몰라라하고 vip버스로 예약했는데 미니벤을 vip버스라함 조금 돌아다니다 보면 5만킵인 곳 있으니까 잘 알아보세요 따뜻한 물 잘 나오다가 씻고 빨래하니까 그 후에 안나왔어요 조식 오므라이스 맛있고 나머진 그냥 그럼 걸어다닐만 함

전체적으로 많이 낡았어요. 침대는 삐거덕거리고, 창문 커튼도 안열리고.... 하지만 직원 친절하고 조식은 매우 좋았습니다. 생과일 쥬스, 신선한 과일, 맛있는 빵...

금액대비 짱~^^

일단 직원 친절도 완전만족(조용조용하고 친절하게 서비스~^^) 조식도 좋음(간단한 빵과 과일, 그리고 개별적으로 주문하면 즉석요리해줌- 치킨프라이, 에그 프라이,오믈렛, 에그스크렘블 등~맛도 좋음) 단.. 침대 스프링이 좀 심각하게 꺼져있어 자고 나면 허리아픔..ㅠ 이것 말고는 금액대비 다 좋음~^,^

방비엥이라 어쩔 수 없는건지.. ㅜㅜ

방비엥에서 그나마 깔끔하고 적당한 곳인 것 같아 예약했습니다. 일단 조식은 딱히 맛있진 않고 배 채우는 용. 방 안에서 개미떼가 이루는 실크로드를 발견해서 잠시 충격.. 진드기 퇴치제 뿌리고 대량학살하니 다행히 그 뒤엔 나오지 않았음 위치는 방비엥이 좁아서 크게 좋지도 나쁘지도 않습니다.

침대스프링 빼고는 괜찮아요

조식이 엄청 맛있고 방은작지만 가격대비좋고 호텔위치도 좋아요 그런데 침대스프링이 너무 여실히 몸에느껴져서 불편했어요 일어나니 허리가 너무 아팠다는 직원도 친절하고 영어잘해요

비추천

화장실 변기가 막혀있는 것 같다고 프론트 데스크의 남자직원분에게 말씀 드렸더니 직접 해결하라며 뚫어뻥을 건네주었습니다....저렴한 가격의 호텔인만큼 많은 서비스를 기대하진 않았지만 화장실 청소관리면에서는 가격만큼의 값어치도 하지 못 하는 것 같습니다. 침대도 스프링이 닳았는지 중간이 푹 꺼져서 잠들기 불편했고 여러모로 편안한 숙박은 아니었습니다. 저렴한 숙박임에도 아침이 제공되는 것과 여자직원분이 친절한 것 말곤 모두 비추입니다.

직원이 너무 친절했습니다

제일 좋았던건 직원이 너~~무 친절했습니다 다른 숙소로 이동하는데 뚝뚝이도 불러주고 거기에 버스예약되는지 확인도 해주고 숙소에서 액티비티가 다 예약이 되서 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다 중심에서 약 오분정도 걸어가야 하지만 오히려 밤에 시끄럽지 않아서 더 좋았던거 같네요 침대매트는 좀 부실해서 허리가 배기긴했지만 청소요청했을때도 바닥에 널부러져 있는 우리짐까지 다 정리해줘서 놀랐습니다 액티비티 예약도 오히려 밖에서 발품해서 하는거보다 더 싸고 숙소까지 다 픽업가능해서 좋았고 단점이라면 엘리베이터가 없고 계단도 높아서 ... 다닐때 불편했다는거 ? 짐을 옮겨주지 않아서 캐리어 낑낑대며 그 삼층계단을 올라갔던건 너무 힘들었네요 심지어 다리까지 다쳣는데 이틀내내 그 계단은 지옥이었습니다 그외에는 좋습니다
