"Gros doute sur le changement des draps et taies d'oreillers, ça ne sentait pas la lessive mais plutôt les draps déjà utilisés. Nous l'avons signalé a la patronne, mais elle nous dit d'un ton agressif que c'était propre. D'ailleurs, l'accueil était aussi désagréable, je me suis présenté, mais elle m'a demandé sèchement mon numéro de réservation. Je n'ai pas de souci a aider à retrouver ma réservation, même si ce n'est a moi de le faire, mais c'est pas normal de me le demander de manière...
