"I have visited this location before and stayed in the same exact room this time that I did the first time. This time when we arrived the hotel halls were hot and humid to the point that if you stayed in the hall you might faint. The last time the main elevator was broken this time it was working but the elevator near our suite was broken. You had to choose to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your stuff or walk the hall from the main elevator in the heat all the way to the other...

"Night shift staff were great. Day shift staff was very rude. Staff Myrick threatened to kick guess that was with me out of hotel because she outside in her car smoking. When asked night shift supervisor she said that it was fine as long as we were in the back parking lot in our cars, which we were.
