"There was an exceptionally helpful ethos throughout the hotel. Staff went over and above what was required to make our stay comfortable. Even offered a packed breakfast for early starts to see animals. Made helpful suggestions so we got the best experience of the area (useful list of local attractions, accessibility and costs). "This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful."

"Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10. Tea 10/10. Service 8/10. Rooms 5.5/10."

"i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. My issue is that the hotel should have not let me book the rooms if it was already full. changing plans at last moment only causes unnecessary...

"Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. "
