He took great care of us, was always responsive and supportive, and guided us with useful suggestions for sightseeing and exploring Varanasi. His friendly nature and willingness to help made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. "Great staff! There was always someone at the reception. Quick and professional help with any issues and excellent guidance based on local knowledge. I was there during Holi and it was extremely helpful to have that guidance. English was not an issue either, as I know it sometimes can be. Communication was completely trouble‑free. Always helpful and very service‑minded."
