"Make sure you order taxi well ahead of time especially if you need to get to airport."

"Bellissima camera, vista lago stupenda"

"The front desk staff were very busy checking-in people because of the on going conference with almost 700 attendees and and there were only 2 two them, the hotel did not provide additional staff to assist them."

"The food"

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. "This is are second stay at this property. Room last year was much nicer, so we were very disappointed."

"The hotel was spotless, very well maintained, and the rooms had everything a guest would want. The bathroom was small, vut very well designed, and had everything. shower, sink, all very rationally organized so cone could use everything conveniently. The hotel also has its restaurant, which has very good food indeed, with very ample portions. The staff was extremely helpful, and, when they heard I was getting up before their regular breakfast began, they gave me a little breakfast box for...

"Decent for price"

"Our stay at Hotel Ungheria was great! Good room with airco, facilities, great breakfast and excellent helpfull service throughout. A spotless and very well run family hotel. Varese itself is lovely, as well as centrally located, especially if you like to travel by public transport. Milan, Como, Lugano and more are nearby, including Lake Varese (cycle lane around it), Villa Panza and Sacro Monte. Fully recommended."
