"Was really excited to stay at this property Unfortunately due to the current situation my flight got cancelled and the one I rebooked also got cancelled I tried calling and messaging to explain this Before this happened the st Regis team was very responsive and suggesting lots of stuff As soon as I explained what happened I have had no response no refund nothing Am extremely disappointed as I wanted to rebook to stay here in the future but after this I will not do so Clearly they only pretend to care when you book and as soon as a problem arises they cannot even be bothered to even respond Extremely disappointed "

"Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"Clean, spacious room, friendly and attentive staff. The pool was temperature controlled and newly renovated. We had an excellent time here! The breakfast was excellent and the variety on offer was exceptional."

"Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor"

The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The exhaust fan was not working as well"
