"Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

Beautiful property, rural and agricultural but classy and sophisticated. Extremely good communication, beauty everywhere you look. The breakfasts were amazing, with local pastries and ingredients. The artist in Jenny one of the hosts comes out everywhere...a pot casually yet strategically placed, a quiet meadow with a well placed bench, wisteria covered outdoor logging. This place is a amazing and host Steven and Jenny are the best I have ever experienced, anywhere."

"Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. Las tortas que ofrecían eran hechas en casa, y los croissants se deshacían en la boca. La ubicación ideal, con una vista preciosa de Cortona. Una verdadera villa toscana. "Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. "
