"This spot was perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome, our room was quiet, the climate control was exceptional, and the convenient location was key. To say that our room was clean doesn’t go far enough, plus is was spacious. One warning though, once you get into the property note that the stairs are a bit steep, not so bad you can’t climb them, but be careful, I am 5’2” and felt safer taking them one at a time. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved the common area decor, coffee, and snacks!!"

The sink in the master had to be unclogged during our stay, but the staff was responsive and took care of it when we alerted them to the issue. "Great location. Pretty easy in and out. Room had a dank smell. The bed was super lumpy and used a top sheet instead of a fitted one. The power went out a couple times at night. The shower drain would back up, and the water was cold in the evenings for a shower. Not filthy but didn’t feel clean. It was ok."

"Breakfast was great, facility was clean and well kept, staff was friendly and helpful with guests, Now the negative: Elevator extremely tiny, slow and uncertain. You can actually hear guests in the rooms next door or when they’re gathering in the dining area!!"

"The app says that check-in begins at 12:30 and we had to walk around when we had just arrived to Rome and all we wanted to do was sleep. Check-in does not begin till 2:30 or 3:00pm. The room overall was good, no reliable WiFi though "
