"It was 82° in the incredibly small room that was much different than described. It said there was a spa and there was actually a nail salon that would do a massage around the corner. The hotel is very classic stylish, the stuff there are very friendly, and I don’t notice breakfast included with this price. "They moved us 3 times because there was a broken elevator in the building. Only to put us in the ambassadors suite with bed bugs and ants. Then the manager or front desk attendant says she would like to comp me a drink at the bar!!! REALLY!!!! There are so many other nicer properties in Rome - look elsewhere and do your self a favor and save yourself the headache. On top of that, no one now replies or answers my calls on whatsapp or email to see what they would do to avoid this review from going...
