"The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. Be aware that this is not the first time it happened. Upon reading other reviews, other people had the same experience. Do not stay in this hotel!"

"This place was not clean at all. There was a cockroach in my room, where I was staying with my friends, and it was not clean at all. There was also no staff to check in, and it was in the other building, which had a nicer, better vibe. But I had to print my own card and check myself in. The only good part about this stay was that the other hotel's staff member was so sweet. I asked him to call us a cab, and he did. When we came back from our visit, he ensured that our cab had in fact arrived....

"Location is 5/10 minute walk to RER station. Allocated a second floor room which was quiet. Clean, efficient space, for the price it’s good value for a place to sleep. 12 minutes by RER to Disney"

"Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive "

"Great place to stay if you’re heading to Disneyland. Out of the madness but quick and easy transport by free shuttle. Room was surprisingly large with good facilities. V comfy beds and great breakfast. Easy walk from the train station"

"Toilet was out of order in our room. When we requested to switch the room, receptionist send someone to fix the toilet. It worked for short-term, but did not solve the problem. The toilet remained out of order."
