"Very disappointed in this rental company. We didn’t stay. A surprise visit from our daughter and she wanted to join us in Waco to see her brother play. So 4 days out we asked to cancel because the space could not accommodate a third person. We were ignored by the property owner but 2 other management people said no, you can’t.
