"Great place to stay! Staff were fantastic and the restaurant is incredible. Our only hiccup was we booked the shuttle and it left about 15 mins later than we booked so if you’re going to use it, I’d suggest giving yourself lots of time."

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage sondern nur einen Deckenventilator, der kaum etwas rettet. Die Luft steht im Zimmer und wenn man das Fenster öffnet, hat man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße. Es ist aber ohnehin unmöglich die Zimmertemperatur auf ein akzeptables Maß runterzubekommen, selbst wenn dann Nachts nur noch 18 Grad sind. Platz für die Koffer ist kaum...

So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle. Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. "I was disappointed with my stay here. The breakfast especially was a let-down. The breakfast room is in the basement and the food selection very limited. Also, the rooms are right next to fenicular, so expect noise. I thought the rooms where basic, given the price, I would have expected more. The location is great and the staff extremely nice and helpful. I would pick a different hotel on my next visit."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. A total renovation of an ancient building leads to an extremely comfortable night's stay. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Right in the center of the old part of Bergamo. Parking garage less than a five minute walk from the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and making dinner reservations."

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"
