La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
Front desk agent weren’t friendly or inviting. Our room was above the Main Street and we had 3 night of no sleep because we could hear motorcycles, cars, people, trucks, you name it. Gym was unequipped. The levent restaurant was the only thing we enjoyed. The staff was incredible there.

Caribe Hilton
Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return.

Check in was a total disaster Room was not ready at 4:45 pm Wait one hour and staff didn’t tell us room was ready - staff went on break Luggage took 20 minutes This has been our favorite hotel We will be looking for a new favorite
