"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Had to put the heating on when I arrived as the room was very cold. The decor was very old, paint peeling and skirting loose. The washbasin was clean, hairs on it and the water from the tap was just a dribb. Having a shower was difficult as when you held the shower head up the water stopped altog. At the garage, the hotel advertised the price as €12 when it was actually €17. "
