What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel. Thank again to the staff ! Well done 👏"

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent. Absolutely spectacular views of the city! It sits up on the top and just a few minutes from center by cab. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious, especially by European standards. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Definitely recommend if you’re heading to Toledo, Spain!!"

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve. Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped. Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

"La chambre très bon, mais le balcon qui est très grand et bon, n'était pas propre. Les serviettes des bain manquaient, on a demandé à reception de nous les amener. La télé pas bien fixé sur le mur. Très bon petit déjeuner et le parking extérieur très bon."

"The hotel is in a very narrow alley, so you will need to bring your luggages over cobblestone alley to the hotel. Ignore the parking and driving in Toledo, other things about the hotel is just perfect. The interior is spacisou than what is appears on outside. The lobby keeps the rich history of Toledo and the site of this hotel. The courtyard is cute."

"Hotel was built into an old villa. Full of charm. The views of Toledo from the hotel are stunning. It’s quick 7 minutes into town. Decent continental breakfast . Staff is very helpful!"
