"Everything was good a lady in the office wasn’t to focus when I wanted to check out leaving me waiting when I have a flight to take I thought that was a little rude but other than that everything was perfect "

"Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

"The place is beautiful but the staff needs to be trained. The room sheets were dirty and the room not 100% clean.took like 45min to replaced it and I went to the counter after several calls. The receptionist took like 45.min to check in at 2am The bar.need.more waitress... But the pool was very polite and the ruby was.exceptional. same with the valet guys. Overall was ok for us!!"

Durante toda la estadía, cada vez que necesité asistencia, el personal estuvo disponible y dispuesto a ayudar con excelente actitud. Las facilidades estaban en excelentes condiciones: todo muy limpio, bien cuidado, organizado y con muy buen mantenimiento. La ubicación también es excelente, en plena área de Condado, lo que hizo la experiencia aún...

"We had delays and contacted the hotel to let them know we will be coming a day later. Hotel never sent a code to enter the facility. There is no direct contact to management. We were taken for our money and never stayed in the hotel that we booked on Expedia. This facility needs to be reported and investigated. Do not book a reservation here you will end up stranded on the street. We had to book other hotels for the rest of the week. I will be looking for a refund."
