"We arrived at the propery around 11am. They told us where we could store our luggage while we walked around. We put our luggage where they told us, right by the front door. They didn't put our names on them or secure them in any way. On this trip so far we've been to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, and Germany and our bags were always tagged and locked away. "The staff are phenomenal. They truly made us feel like we were at home, and helped us with whatever we needed (taxis, beach towels, etc). The property was also very clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, however, there were two big downsides for us: the rooms are incredibly small + the area is VERY noisy at night. "The staff were SO accommodating! We were EARLY to our room, and they kept apologizing that it wasn’t ready. We assured them it was not important, that we were happy to just chill by the bar. Lovely place, big recommend."

"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"Everything you might need for a family holiday is on site, the only exception being somewhere to shop for groceries, however there's a large supermarket within 100 metres of the site entrance. Both the pools and surrounding beaches are great and the 10 minute taxi ferry to the old town is an easy, and cheap, way to get around."

"Great location, helpful staff, and great amenities. Room was certainly smaller than anticipated and the a.c did not work great. Didn’t expect the carpet flooring from the pictures posted online. Is less like a traditional hotel with multiple buildings. Overall still had a good experience but is not exactly as advertised especially considering the price."
