Amazing hotel

It was an amazing hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful plenty of entertainment and restaurant and bar services air conditioning very good and was a gorgeous breakfast and olenty to admire

The location is not close to Tsarevec which is the main attraction in this city. The front desk person took advantage of the fact that I was tired and didn’t want to look for a different hotel so he raised the price of the room to over $200 for a $100 room. The room was a normal regular room, kind of small. It was located right above the kids area so I was exposed to the noise from the kids until I don’t know what time at evening approximately 10pm. They put me in this terrible room while the rest of the hotel was pretty much empty. I know this because I didn’t see many rooms with their lights on and the breakfast buffet room was almost empty. If there were a lot of people in the hotel the breakfast room would have been full. But again, taking advantage of people needs to be highly noted and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just because of that. And then putting me into the worst possible room after I paid top price was the cherry on top of the cake. Worst experience ever. Don’t stay there.

Très bonne adresse à Veliko Tarnovo

Hôtel bien situé avec une très belle vue vers la vieille ville. Rénovation très récente de sorte que les aménagements et les chambres sont flambantes neuves. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour un séjour à 90 euros la nuit taxes comprises, c'est un excellent choix. Nb: le bâtiment lui même date des années 60-70, ou le béton était en vogue.
