"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

"Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. "

We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. "Property is located at prime location. However the rooms do not have any view and in my opinion the amount they charged is way too high for this kind of room. Very dissatisfied with the room. After staying for two nights I vacated and moved to a better hotel. "
