"Le personnel présent était gentil et efficace. Mais nous déplorons qu’il n’y avait pas de personnel en place entre 20h et 7h le matin.
Le système de clé électronique était compliqué pour des clientes de notre âge et ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Heureusement que la personne à l’accueil nous a fait des cartes."

"The hosts upgraded us from a room to an apartment—it was a complimentary upgrade which allowed us to prepare our own breakfast and dinner with food from nearby markets. They gave us wonderful advice on day trips from the property and took a genuine interest in our day trips and lives. We will stay here again if we come back to Avignon. If I knew they had a heated swimming pool and hot tub I would have brought a bathing suit."

"Nous avons été très bien reçus, c'est notre deuxième séjour à la maison des Augustins.
Le cadre est idyllique, l'accueil chaleureux, les hôtes sont adorables.
Le petit jardin intérieur est calme et ensoleillé, les chambres ont ce charme à l'ancienne tout en étant parfaitement équipées.
Nous recommandons aux amateurs de beaux endroits d'y séjourner."

"Great choice of hotel. It is located in the very center of Avignon where bars and restaurants are. It is a pleasant walk to explore the city and its heritage. Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. We stayed in March. The hotel rate is exceptionally good for what we got. "
