"Freundliches Personal besonders beim Frühstück 💕 schöne Zimmer mit klasse Badezimmer. Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut wenn Fenster offen, aber dafür toller Blick auf East Side Gallery und die Spree. Super Lage genau an der Uber Arena mit tollen Restaurants auf dem Uber Platz. Nächste S Bahn auch in der Nähe. Eine Mall zum Shoppen auch gleich nebenan. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sauber, tolle Zimmer, super freundlich und beste Lage. Preis...

"Sehr angenehmer Empfang. Tolles Design. Man merkt die gewollte Qualität. Im Kern passt auch alles. Man merkt aber an kleinen Details das viel mit Farbe kaschiert wird, die Technik aber in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Wassersprinkler in den Zimmer sehen bspw. sehr alt aus. Das Wasser in der Badewanne lief sehr schlecht ab. Wenn man in der Wanne zum duschen steht, schaut man direkt auf den elektrischen Luftabzug. Dieser ist extrem verschmutzt gewesen. Unter der Schlafcouch müsste dringen gereinigt...

"Fijn hotel, super ontbijt, leuk personeel! Heerlijk zwembad, kleine sauna. Jammergenoeg was het zwembad 2 van de 5 dagen dat we er waren, gesloten. Dat had ik graag bij de boeking of tenminste bij de incheck vernomen. "

"Clean and very comfortable hotel. All staff courteous and helpful. Good choice for breakfast (continental) with plenty for everyone. Location excellent for U Bahn, literally 100 yards away. There is a direct S Bahn from the airport to Frankfurter Allee (the S85). Plenty other options also. I will be back in Berlin in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again. And to top it all, the hotel itself is situated on the roof of a small shopping center. Brilliant."

"Would not recommend this hotel. Apart from the location, about 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz station where you can get metro/ train/trams all over for sightseeing. (Many other hotels in this area). Reception Staff are rude. Room was clean, but lacking the expected 4star - no iron. No fridge, no shower cap, no solid hand soap, towels were like old rags included a picture was appalled. Safe didn’t work had to report it twice before any maintenance came. Tv remote didn’t work most the time....

"Ich weiß gar nicht, was das Beste war, ob es die Lage des Hotels war, die Ausstattung, die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Bar, Restaurant oder der Frühstücksraum oder das Personal. Alles war grandios. Das Team vor Ort war so unglaublich freundlich, dass ich den Eindruck hatte ich war bei sehr guten und alten Freunden zu Besuch denn in einem Hotel. Was die Lage betrifft, geht es nicht besser, vor allem wenn man auch mal einen Sightseen Trip nach Berlin machen möchte kombiniert die Lage des Hotels das...
