"Staff was friendly at book-in. Our room condition was poor. There was stains from a drink or something on the wall and a blood stained towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to sort this for us, which they replied they would send someone up. Waited the whole night and noone was sent up. Beds was comfortable though."

"The hotel was ideally situated close to the airport with its own shuttle service running every half hour but not free for return to the airport. The facilities were excellent especially the pool and sauna. Staff were lovely."

"Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers ."

"Unglaublich freundliches Personal , hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend !Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eher sehr „ sachlich „ eingerichtet .Strandblick ist toll! Frühstück ist ausreichend, vielfältig, etwas mühselig wenn man zum Wochenende anstehen muss , aber das Personal ist umso freundlicher und hilfsbereiter ! "

"Sehr schönes Zimmer , Größe war gut für eine Nacht. Bett super bequem. Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Sehr tolles Frühstück mit sooo viel Auswahl. Sauna ist toll und sauber . Leider zu wenig Platz zum Ausruhen. Gerade Mal 5 liegen , ist zu wenig. Schwimmbad war leider kaputt zur Zeit, als wir da waren. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen . "

"Room was not clean with multiple stains on the walls and furniture, dust on tables/cabinets, and mine had two old socks in the room when I arrived. Location is fine given the close access to the tram but further away from the more interesting parts of the city than I initially thought. Staff was okay, although when I arrived, the middle-aged white woman working at the desk gave me a deadpan stare for several seconds before finally greeting me which I thought was strange. Breakfast was a let-down...
