"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. We spent the evenings watching the boats go by and the chinese fishing nets being used. Realy all one...

"Room was clean and the air conditioning had been on, so we entered to a cool room. The food was exceptionally healthy. All the staff were great but the standouts were Daniel k and Prousha. They both went above and beyond to make a wish of mine come true. "

"Lovely location amongst lush green gardens. Staff were great, especially the restaurant team, who made us feel at home. Loved afternoon tea, watching the sunset at the lakeside. Trips from the hotel are pricey, but we walked to the bridge and jumped on boats to explore the lake and backwaters. "

Specially, Anjana helped me to wear a saree for a friend’s wedding. The room is beautiful with the pool view. The breakfast buffet could be improved though. The food was average. "Very nice, very helpful staff. Lovely property—especially the villas with private pools. Good gym, good restaurant. Only downside is that it’s pretty isolated with not a lot to do nearby. But if relaxation is what you want, you’ll get it."
