Location fantastic!
Property a little dated in areas.
Flooring on hallways and bedrooms is dated feeling a little dirty if walking in room with something on your feet.
Bathroom vanity appeared stained from previous uses. Need a little attention to cleanliness.
Breakfast decent.
Would consider staying again.

"The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, Wonderful location and views are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good but not awesome . Same with the dinner. Room service was a bit slow and the soup arrived ice cold. Other than those two negatives, I’d definitely stay here again."

My one suggestion is to refill coffee pods- they are not super expensive and I would rather pay more for room than have to buy from the reception each time- that is a tacky move. No 5 star hotel charges for coffee?!

"The hotel was good and I really liked the room, especially there being a mini kitchen. To build on, the food was incredible! What made me sad was that the pool and hot tub are only for people 16 or above, and I traveled with two kids who were both under that age.
